Job Summary
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, configuring data models for care plans, clinical data, and provider/patient relationships. Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows to meet business requirements, while designing and testing Agentforce agents with guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls. Integrate Salesforce with external systems like Epic and Genesys using REST/SOAP services, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations. Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage releases, and tune performance. This role requires five years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and U.S. work authorization.

- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- experience with Version Control (Git)
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce
- Prompt Builder
