Job Summary
Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, configuring data models for patients, providers, and care teams while building Apex classes, LWC, and Flows to meet business requirements. Implement Agentforce agents with guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls using Prompt Builder and RAG patterns. Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems like Epic and Genesys via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST regulations. Collaborate with analysts and architects on release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy. Work within a collaborative, team-driven culture offering extensive learning and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of Salesforce development experience

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist

- experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations)
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- experience with Version Control (Git)
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce
