Job Summary
Manager Sales Systems and Training for Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery & Emblems based in Paris, France. Lead onboarding and training for sales teams at new luxury hotel openings, delivering cutting-edge training on Accor's Sales applications and best practices for sales strategies, market segmentation, and program adoption. Provide tailored onboarding for Directors of Sales & Marketing and Commercial Directors, including hotel-specific access to sales tools, costs, protocols, participation, and insights into sales methodologies. Deliver robust written and online support for sales topics, including system usage, best practices, and webinars or live demonstrations, ensuring smooth adoption of Global Systems. Coordinate programs with Global Sales Offices and Luxury & Lifestyle teams to drive program solicitation, implementation, and activation. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in multi-segment and B2B sales (ideally hotel operations), be fluent in French and English, and demonstrate strong relationship-building, training, agile methodology, and analytical problem-solving in the luxury hospitality sector.
