Job Summary
Manager Sales Support role supporting the Government and Institutional Banking line: coordinates back-up coverage, handles vendor billing and accounts payable pass-through, manages logistics for conferences and events, maintains guidance on rates and reports (GIB FTP, Net Position, G/L), assists with audit confirmations and collateral letters, supports client proposals and purchase orders, and provides back-up to Sales Support Specialists and Relationship Managers. Requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with banking operations and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2 - 5 years of experience
- Strong organizational, time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite products
- Understanding of and experience with Signature, Aperio, NARP, etc. preferred
