Job Summary
Manager Sales Strategy & Planning (SS&P) for Foodservice Prepared, supporting K–12 and Distribution channels. Develop and execute category and channel strategies, align with annual financial and volume targets, and serve as a cross-functional liaison across field sales, brand marketing, supply chain, demand planning, and business units. Focus on performance analytics, distribution effectiveness, and channel dynamics, with responsibilities including translating insights into actionable strategies, developing customer- and channel-facing materials (brand material, sell sheets, attribute files), supporting S&OP inputs, and driving in-market execution to improve growth and execution. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in related CP G roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint and syndicated data skills, and ability to travel 1–2 times per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer trade marketing, sales marketing, sales analytics, or category management in the CPG industry
- Expert-level competency with syndicated analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Significant experience with syndicated data preferred
- Travel: 1-2 trips per year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and make recommendations
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, supply chain, demand planning, and business teams
