Job Summary
Lead the deployment of a standardized sales process and sales practices; manage performance management tools and reports; work cross-functionally with sales, revenue management, and finance to enable coaching and performance management for regional sales leaders; drive forecasting, planning, and key metrics; ensure access to tools, training, and resources across local sales, contract sales, business development, and specialists; stay current with value-added offerings and technology solutions; coordinate with regional leadership to support growth, analytics, and CRM utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of sales experience, and 2+ years in a sales support business-to-business professional role
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience leading a business-to-business sales team in a professional sales environment
