Job Summary
Manager, Sales Planning for Away from Home and Club Channels. Develop the division’s annual sales plan, provide tools for the sales team to execute against KPIs, and align market strategies with finance and trade budgets. Drive demand planning, forecast accuracy, and category insights; collaborate with Commercial, Category, and Finance to optimize Gross-to-Net results, distribution forecast, and deductions. Requires strong planning, analytics, and communication skills with 5-7 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred; proficiency in PowerBI and Excel. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Broomfield, CO.
