Job Summary
Manage the S&OP team by facilitating the planning process and driving improvements to align the final plan with organizational goals. Translate sales forecasts, projects, and orders into monthly production plans per facility, while establishing and adjusting capacity levels to execute production schedules. Monitor performance across business, shipment, inventory, and production plans, compiling reports to ensure uninterrupted operations through coordinated raw material demands. Lead monthly and quarterly capacity management to optimize production efficiency against customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years' relevant experience
- Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to work in plant and office environments
- Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
- Company maintains a drug-free work environment and may require drug, alcohol, and/or medical testing
