Job Summary
Lead regional S&OP in SAP IBP, own demand planning, and drive capacity planning to optimize DC throughput and production. Develop and improve S&OP strategies, governance, and best practices for cross-functional decision-making. Lead EU S&OP and Demand Planning Teams; collaborate with DC and production to resolve capacity constraints; drive digitalization and automation in planning processes; manage regional inventory performance including safety stock optimization; build relationships with ZF Aftermarket Europe, global sourcing, and customer accounts. Hybrid working model in Wrocław, Poland. Fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Mgt, Logistics or Business Administration
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in demand planning and S&OP governance, including facilitation of cross-functional reviews and escalation of strategic supply-demand trade-offs
- Proven experience in S&OP process design and implementation incl. fit & gap analysis of tools
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level, influencing Category Managers and Sales leaders through data-driven insights and scenario-based decision support
- High competence to lead virtual, multicultural, and diverse teams
- Strong strategic agility and high influencing skills
- Ability to manage high complexity with excellent change management skills
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
