Job Summary
Lead the global o9 Training rollout for SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning within Mondelēz International. Develop and implement comprehensive, role-based training programs, establish global training standards, and manage a train-the-trainer delivery model across regions. Collaborate with SMEs, project leadership, and vendors to ensure training content aligns with business processes, leverage the LMS to organize and track progress, and measure training effectiveness. Responsibilities include formulating the o9 training strategy and curriculum, content creation and documentation, stakeholder management, and performance measurement. Requires 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs, strong communication, LMS proficiency, and the ability to work across geographies. Travel less than 10% and a hybrid work schedule are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Communications, or relevant experience
- 6+ years’ experience planning, designing, and leading training programs
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (WorkDay, Articulate, Captivate)
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale training programs
- Excellent written and spoken communication, cross-cultural collaboration
- Ability to work with global stakeholders and vendors
- Travel requirements: Yes, less than 10%
- Hybrid work schedule
