Job Summary
Manager - Sales Operations/Incentive Compensation role leads and manages sales force effectiveness services for Axtria in China, including segmentation and targeting, sales force sizing and structure, territory alignment design and management, omni-channel call planning, and field sales and activity reporting, with training delivery, client collaboration, data and workflow expertise, and opportunity identification in Chinese for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The role requires fluency in Chinese, strong communication and storytelling of results, ability to work with minimal supervision, cross-functional coordination with India team, and a track record in pharma commercial sales performance management or incentive compensation; BE/BA/MA/MBA-equivalents are eligible.
