Job Summary
Leads a consumer tele sales organization to exceed sales, loyalty, collections, and customer-experience objectives; coaches and develops representatives, designs incentive plans, and drives operational excellence in call-center and vendor environments. Responsible for hiring, attrition, ramp plans, and disciplinary actions, while influencing promotion decisions and maintaining engagement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related sales experience; strong data-analysis, collaboration across business areas, and ability to coach and develop teams; primarily on-site in San Antonio with a strong emphasis on bilingual Spanish communication and customer-revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
