Job Summary
Oversees a consumer tele sales organization to exceed customer experience objectives and manage people; assigns tasks, implements sales plans, and adheres to company policies. Leads a team to manage small to mid-level sales with a smaller quota or territory, handling process-driven assignments with moderate oversight. Influences decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates. Develops data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth, directs daily call-center and vendor operations to achieve revenue goals, and collaborates with multiple business areas to drive strategic alignment and workforce planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related sales experience; location is in-person at Tustin, California. Compensation includes base salary in the range of $61,700 to $92,500 plus $23,000 in commissions and extensive employee benefits.
