Job Summary
Store leadership profile leading a Bloomingdale’s sales operation: drive a multi-million dollar store component by coaching and developing a team, building a client book through relationship selling, and aligning merchandising direction with leadership. Responsibilities include observing and coaching customer-centric selling behaviors, championing selling technology, leading relationship selling initiatives, supporting overall store priorities, overseeing merchandising collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Merchandise Managers, ensuring replenishment and floor moves, and monitoring fulfillment metrics to optimize fill rate while maintaining exceptional customer experience. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree and 3-5 years of direct retail experience, strong communication skills for diverse internal and external partners, strategic planning and execution, workflow optimization, and a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
