Job Summary
Manage the Sales Gallery operations and staff to optimize tour flow and sales presentations for vacation ownership. Lead staffing of Sales Executives, greet customers, provide product/financing information, supervise gallery floor activities, prepare for daily huddles, coordinate with marketing and director-level teams, interview candidates, and drive performance through coaching, customer satisfaction, and alliance management. Ensure ethical brand representation, monitor key metrics (e.g., Net Sales, guest satisfaction), and support the development of a Culture of Excellence across the gallery/center while handling escalation and logistics for premium gifts and vendor relations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2 years in a similar role, and strong English communication skills; additional Asia Pacific languages are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
- minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal, listening, writing)
- additional Asia Pacific languages an advantage (Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, etc.)
- Understanding of what can be sold from the portfolio and how it should be sold (e.g., financing)
- Customer-focused approach and ability to lead and coach a sales team
