Job Summary
Manage monthly and yearly revenue targets for AHL Group ticket packages, suite rentals, and premium products through outbound and inbound sales execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fulfilling requests via phone, email, and virtual interactions while administering invoicing and payment processes. Enhance relationships with members to create memorable experiences, implement unique service strategies to increase retention, and utilize Salesforce to log all customer interactions. Work home games to assist with ticket sales and promotional programs, and contribute to daily team meetings and training sessions. This role is part of the AHL Sales & Service team at TD Coliseum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or other related field preferred or a combination of related education and work experience
- 3-5+ years of professional sales and service experience, preferably in the sports & entertainment industry
- High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum
- Demonstrated quick learning with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented, diplomatic, and empathetic, with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and service principles
- Proficient in MS Office with Salesforce or similar CRM experience—Ticketmaster/Archtics platform experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
