Job Summary
Store leadership role focusing on driving sales and customer experience. As a Bloomingdale’s Business Manager, lead and coach a sales team, recruit and develop direct reports, build and manage a client book, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsible for multi-million dollar store components, supporting sales results, merchandising standards, fulfillment processes, and overall store priorities. Key duties include observing and modeling customer-centric selling behaviors, leveraging selling technology, relationship selling, and overseeing merchandising direction, stock replenishment, floor moves, signing, and daily fulfillment metrics to maintain optimum fill rate.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required
- Effective communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings with customers and internal/external partners
- Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
- Ability to monitor and maneuver workflow to achieve priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
