Job Summary
Manage finance planning, analysis, and reporting for the Sales Finance function with end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet consolidation. Act as the business partner to sales leadership, coordinating budgets, ROI analyses, trade spend optimization, and core forecasting. Lead planning processes, drive data-driven insights, oversee cost controls and ROI analysis for Capex and trade investments, and coach the team to deliver actionable financial insights and high-quality reporting for leadership. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and experience with BI tools (e.g., SAP BI/Hyperion) are required. CPA preferred; 5+ years in finance with strong communication and analytical abilities. Base salary range: 124,000 - 186,000 + cash incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in CPG
- CPA preferred
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP BI/Hyperion or similar tools
