Job Summary
Manager Sales Engineer at Verizon responsible for understanding customer needs and crafting the best package of services (data, voice, security, IT, mobility, and managed services) to help customers run their businesses smarter, safer, and faster. Focuses on the technical aspect of solutions for new business customers, designing architecture, establishing business cases, drafting pricing and service commitments, and managing technical program plans to deliver on promises. Drives growth for new and existing accounts, travels in the Minneapolis, MN area for in-person customer meetings, and works primarily in the field. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of work experience) and 6+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication of technical value and client service orientation.
