Manager, Sales Enablement & Commercial Training

Job Summary
Develop and execute a scalable sales enablement strategy aligned with Cosette's growth objectives, establishing training frameworks and capability models for field organizations. Build onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs for customer-facing commercial roles while identifying capability gaps through field observations and performance data. Own sales readiness programs for new product launches, relaunches, and expansion into new therapeutic areas, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to develop launch training strategies and materials. Strengthen field execution through coaching frameworks, competency models, and performance support tools, conducting ride-alongs to assess capability needs and translate insights into actionable initiatives. Manage commercial training calendars, logistics, and external vendors, ensuring all programs comply with FDA requirements and PhRMA Code. This role supports Cosette's oncology franchise focused on meeting unmet patient needs, requiring approximately 30–50% travel including field rides and national meetings, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days per week at the Bridgewater, NJ office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training, sales enablement, commercial learning, field effectiveness, or related commercial capability function
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing training programs for customer-facing commercial teams
- Experience partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional commercial teams
- Experience developing materials within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, field sales organizations, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to translate complex scientific and commercial concepts into practical field capabilities
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships
- Understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance, MLR review processes, and regulated communications
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data and insights to improve learning effectiveness
- Travel: Approximately 30–50%, including field rides, national meetings, POAs, launch meetings, and training events
- This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office
