Job Summary
Lead and train the Strategic Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities; shape AI-native selling and GTM workflows; define SDR performance metrics; coach through shadowing and 1:1s; collaborate with Marketing and Account Management on campaigns; manage SDR dashboards; iterate on processes, campaigns, and hiring; assist with recruiting and onboarding of Sales Development Representatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years management experience in Enterprise sales or sales development
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company with multiple sales segments within an outbound model
- Deep understanding of the outbound SDR motion and how to motivate early career sellers
- Drive to innovate and evolve SDR role using AI and tools
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
- Experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employee headcount)
- Excellent active listening, collaboration across prospects and colleagues
- Customer-focused mindset and authentic relationship-building
- Understanding of ZoomInfo offerings and Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo
