Job Summary
Manager, Sales Development role leading Justworks’ SDR team to drive outbound revenue and pipeline quality. Own coaching, performance management, and career development for SDRs, shaping the next generation of Account Executives. Lead a data-driven outbound motion leveraging AI, automation, and signal-based selling, with strong emphasis on coaching in real time using tools like Salesforce and Gong, maintaining CRM hygiene, and translating activity into high-quality pipeline. Responsibilities include running weekly 1:1 coaching, team meetings, enabling modern outbound approaches, and partnering with Revenue Operations and Enablement to deploy training and tools that improve productivity and efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales role (HCM/PEO preferred) and 2+ years of management experience
- Technical Fluency: Experience with Salesforce and Gong required; familiarity with modern sales engagement and AI-driven tools (e.g., Gong Engage, Actively.ai) strongly preferred
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a team to achieve performance goals
- Drive: A “lead-from-the-front” mentality with the ability to coach, problem-solve, and operate in a fast-moving environment
