Job Summary

Manager Sales (Channel) role in Bangalore responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Eaton’s presence by managing key channel partner relationships and strengthening the channel ecosystem. Lead revenue and gross margin objectives for the Bangalore region, achieve sales targets across key partner accounts, and expand market reach through effective channel coverage. Build and strengthen channel partnerships, empower partners through training and development, and provide market insights to guide product management and marketing. Requires a BE in Electrical & Electronics, 6-10 years of sales/channel management experience, deep knowledge of UPS products and power quality solutions, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Required Qualifications
