Job Summary
Manager, Sales & Business Development - cUAS role focused on growing and managing defense/public safety/airport security cUAS opportunities in North America. Responsibilities include developing territory and pipeline, supporting capture efforts and RFP/RFI responses, serving as day-to-day contact for defense/public safety accounts and partners, enabling distributors/resellers/system integrators, conducting live UAS/cUAS demonstrations (EagleNXT/eBee), planning field trials/POCs, presenting capabilities to operators and technical stakeholders, capturing user feedback for product/engineering, and collaborating with Product/Marketing to align messaging. Skills and experiences emphasized include defense/public safety sales and BD, knowledge of cUAS concepts (detect-identify-track-defeat), familiarity with UAS operations, hands-on UAS flight experience, strong communication and collaboration, and willingness to travel domestically for field events and installations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in defense, public safety, security, or related technology markets, ideally with exposure to cUAS, UAS, force protection, or surveillance
- Demonstrated understanding of cUAS employment and threats in Defense, Public safety, Airport security
- Experience with or strong familiarity with both air and land-based cUAS systems and UAS operations
- Practical experience flying small UAS or strong comfort learning to fly; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate desired
- Prior military, public safety, or security‐industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel domestically (~25–40%)
