Job Summary
Lead analytics for Sales Business Analytics in Consumer Sales across India; responsible for KPI tracking, data distribution through automated models, customer segmentation, and dashboard/MIS development for Accounts, Spends, and KPIs across geographies and partners. Role includes analyzing metrics such as early delinquency, profitability, customer profiling, and driving planning/forecasting through BI tools; oversee onboarding and training of NFTEs, collaboration with IT for automation, and delivering periodical dashboards and insights to stakeholders to support sales strategy and partner payouts.
