Job Summary

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates in the Denver region to achieve regional sales goals and revenue growth. Build strong sales capabilities within the team, including clinical support, case coverage, product demonstrations, and in-service execution. Partner with Sales Executives and regional leadership to support trials, installations, and strategic customer engagements. Use data-driven insights to improve performance, strengthen pipeline development, and increase market share. Ensure effective Sales Associate deployment across high-priority accounts and opportunities in the region. Support complex, strategic sales opportunities involving executive-level hospital stakeholders. Foster collaboration across internal partners and build trusted relationships with key customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Prior leadership experience (people or project-based) with a strong focus on coaching and development
  • Proven success in sales execution, pipeline management, and influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience in operating room environments and clinical case support strongly preferred
