Job Summary
The Manager Sales will manage a team of sales reps within Clover Learning, focusing on executing a sales strategy and achieving revenue expectations. Responsibilities include hiring and developing team members, coaching on value-based sales techniques, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with the sales leadership team. Candidates should have strong financial acumen, experience in education or healthcare sales, and leadership capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a proven track record in sales and sales management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or a related field preferred (or equivalent of work related experience)
- Ability to travel to client locations, corporate training, and tradeshows about 20% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of recent sales experience in education or health care sales
- 3 years sales leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen related to forecasting and profit and loss statements
- High level of competency in effectively utilizing CRM as a sales resource
- Proficiency presenting to small and large group audiences with PowerPoint and other technologies
