Lead a sales and customer service team to deliver Macy's standard of customer experience and achieve sales goals. Drive coaching, recognition, and development initiatives; review Sales and Star Rewards data to optimize results; manage selling support (stockroom, signing, equipment, merchandising); support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection; conduct talent analysis and establish career progression plans to retain top talent; fill open positions and oversee interview, hiring, training, coaching, and discipline for direct and indirect reports. Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends; foster an inclusive environment and strong customer connections; leverage leadership, communication, and analytical skills to improve performance and create memorable shopping experiences.
