Job Summary
Lead and coach a store-service team to exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Drive loyalty initiatives, oversee selling support (stockroom, signing, equipment, merchandising), and collaborate across OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection. Conduct talent analysis, plan career progression, hire/train/develop staff, and fill open positions with internal candidates. Maintain a flexible retail schedule and foster an inclusive environment to connect with customers and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
