Job Summary
Manager responsible for leading the Sales & Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching and recognizing staff to improve productivity, interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and disciplining direct and indirect reports, managing selling support activities (stockroom, signing, equipment, merchandising), supporting OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection functions, conducting talent analyses and creating career progression plans, filling open positions with priority for internal colleagues, and maintaining a flexible retail schedule to include evenings, holidays, and weekends. Requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, data-driven decision making from sales and rewards data, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication. Strong emphasis on creating an inclusive environment and ensuring authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Heavy lifting and standing requirements as described in the role
