Job Summary
Manager Sales Account at Tyson Foods responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing activities to increase fresh beef and pork sales within a regional customer portfolio. Responsibilities include establishing and servicing new accounts, managing existing beef/pork accounts to grow market share, selling boxed beef/pork in volume to large key accounts, introducing and building sales of new products, and effectively communicating customer, market, and performance insights. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5+ years of experience in meat sales/foodservice wholesale. On-site at Tyson’s World Headquarters in Springdale, AR with minimal travel. Relocation assistance is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the fresh beef and pork industry in Meat sales, Meat merchandising, Foodservice sales, Wholesale fresh meats operations
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
