Job Summary
Manager responsible for full scope of unit operations across departments to maximize guest satisfaction and profit, including overseeing scheduling, labor, training, and staff development; leads daily pre-shift briefings, monitors cash handling, analyzes sales and labor data, enforces standards of quality and safety, and upholds Buddy’s guest experience with strong leadership and communication across all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a general management role in a full-service restaurant.
- Proficient in leadership, communication, staff mentoring & development, and quality of operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels; strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
- Solid computer skills.
