Manager - Sage Intacct

Job Summary
Analyze and document system and business requirements, then setup and configure Sage Intacct according to customer specifications. Develop test scripts, train end users, and assist clients with data conversions while developing reports and dashboards using Intacct tools. Manage project tasks in coordination with Sales and Support, providing regular written status reports and technical support as needed. Recommend new processes and procedures, contributing to the development of templates, documentation of best practices, and the knowledge base. Work closely with US stakeholders, maintaining flexibility for overlapping work hours and providing input on service delivery improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and US GAAP
- Experience in Professional Services, Financial Services, and/or Nonprofit industry
- Experience with ERP implementations (Sage Intacct preferred) including installation, configuration, and training
- Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think 'outside-the-box' to resolve problems
- Collaborative skills. Must be able to engage internal resources across functional departments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time
- Excellent communication skills for working with US stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to provide overlapping work-hours with US Team
