Manager, Safety Analysis Scientist

Job Summary
Lead safety evaluations, including strategy discussions with the MSO and Therapeutic Area Safety Head, data retrieval and analysis, report writing and revision, and mentorship of team members. Collaborate with SMTs and cross-functional safety partners to determine safety strategy, review safety data, and contribute to regulatory/clinical documents. Drive proactive safety data reviews, support Health Authority interactions, prepare meeting materials, and influence safety decisions. Build alliances across teams to deliver high-quality safety evaluations with minimal revisions, and participate in initiatives to improve data presentation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare-related or Biomedical Science
- 9+ years of industry experience or equivalent
- Experience with medical writing or pharmacovigilance
- Ability to understand and analyze complex medical-scientific data
- Ability to interpret and present data for benefit-risk assessment
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
