Job Summary
Manager, RUN role focused on developing and executing maintenance strategies to meet quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include run planning and stand-up meetings, monitoring issue backlog, ensuring maintenance efficiency and preventive maintenance, reviewing specifications, diagnosing customer problems, testing patches, documenting issues, and maintaining alignment with customers. Requires leadership experience, strong technical background in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL, React.JS), and procurement/spend-management domain knowledge; hybrid work model with Pune, India as the location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with C#, Asp.Net, SQL Server, React.JS in a software environment
- Experience in Procurement / Spend Management / Supply Chain
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification - good to have
- Experience managing development teams in an agile environment
- Experience managing outsourced projects/teams
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/BTech or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent (Procurement domain is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and SLAs
