Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of Luna's RTM Care Navigation team, managing, coaching, and developing employees and contractors through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management. Establish team responsibilities, coverage expectations, quality standards, and operational accountability while translating clinical, documentation, and billing requirements into standardized workflows. Manage and continuously improve RTM workflows supporting patient engagement, follow-up, monitoring, documentation, data capture, and escalation pathways. Monitor workflow adherence, identify operational risks, and track, analyze, and report on RTM operational KPIs, productivity, patient engagement, adherence, and program performance metrics. Partner with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams to support effective RTM operations and operational reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- minimum of 3 years of management experience in clinical operations, rehabilitation operations, care coordination, or a healthcare environment
- experience managing teams, workflows, and operational processes within a healthcare or clinical operations setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, documentation requirements, patient follow-up processes, and compliance standards
- Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while promoting structure, consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), care navigation, or app-based patient engagement programs
- Familiarity with CPT-based workflows, healthcare billing concepts, or documentation requirements related to reimbursable clinical services
- Experience working with digital health platforms, app-based care delivery models, or remote patient support programs
