Job Summary
Join the Routing organization at Symbotic as a Manager, where you will drive architectural strategy for routing systems, lead a high-performing team, and shape the evolution of the planning platform crucial to Symbotic's robotic technology.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years engineering experience
- 3+ years leading technical leadership or engineering management
- Strong algorithmic literacy in planning, optimization and multi-robot systems
- Exceptional architectural instincts
- Bachelor’s or above degree in computer science, Robotics, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
- The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
