Manager RN - Operating Room, Full-Time, Day Shift

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care, while supervising and directing assigned nursing personnel to ensure safe, complication-free outcomes. Schedule and manage unit staffing, including authorizing overtime and completing monthly schedules, to maintain adequate coverage and prevent short staffing. Build high-performing clinical teams by recruiting staff, coaching individuals, and evaluating performance against established standards of care. Monitor critical processes through data analysis and incident reports to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Facilitate operational throughput by managing bed flow, equipment maintenance, and emergency preparedness reviews.
