Manager RN - Operating Room, Full-Time, Day Shift

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care, while directing and monitoring nursing activities to ensure quality and safety. Build a high-performing clinical team by recruiting, retaining personnel, and coaching staff on educational needs and performance evaluations. Manage unit operations by scheduling shifts, authorizing overtime, and forecasting admissions to optimize throughput and prevent staffing imbalances. Investigate and resolve operational issues, enforce standards of care, and facilitate early discharge and bed management. Maintain a visible presence on the unit to drive patient safety, compliance, and satisfaction with clinical operations.
