Manager RN - Operating Room, Full-Time, Day Shift

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care and revise care plans. Direct and monitor nursing personnel to ensure adequate patient care, quality of work, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Build a high-performing clinical team by recruiting staff, coaching personnel, and completing periodic evaluations. Schedule unit activities, manage overtime requests, and complete monthly staff schedules to prevent short staffing. Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues while facilitating early discharge and timely admissions. Set standards of care, monitor critical processes through data audits, and develop strategies to improve patient and physician satisfaction.
