Manager, RN - Labor and Delivery

Manager RN - Labor and Delivery role overseeing a nursing unit, coordinating daily activities, leading a clinical team, and ensuring patient safety and quality of care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring staff, coordinating with physicians and leadership, daily rounds, staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, improving patient/family satisfaction, and throughputs including discharge planning. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and RN licensure; Master’s degree preferred, along with leadership and acute care nursing experience. Certifications such as CPR/BLS are preferred. Location is Fairfield, CA with an Adventist Health facility, Lodi Memorial context.
