Manager, RN - Labor and Delivery

Manager RN - Labor and Delivery with leadership responsibility on a defined unit. Oversees front line nurses and ancillary staff, coordinates daily activities, and ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Partners with charge nurses, physicians, and department leaders to optimize clinical operations, achieve high patient/family/staff satisfaction, schedule and manage staffing, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, conducting rounds with physicians, coordinating care plans, identifying educational needs, and leading through change to achieve organizational goals. Requires RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's preferred.
