Manager, RN - Hospice Care Nursing

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care and initiate or revise care plans. Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel, establishing standards of care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Schedule unit activities, manage overtime authorization, and complete monthly staff schedules while preventing short staffing events. Monitor critical processes through audits, data analysis, and incident reports to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Investigate and resolve operational or patient care issues as needed. Maintain equipment safety and conduct emergency preparedness reviews.
