Manager, RN - Full time - Day Shift - Surgery

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care and monitor critical processes through data audits and incident reports. Direct nursing personnel in performance activities, complete monthly unit staffing schedules, and authorize overtime as needed. Build high-performing teams by recruiting staff, coaching individuals, and developing action plans for quality improvement and safety initiatives. Investigate and resolve operational issues while preventing care complications and conducting emergency preparedness reviews. Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals and maintain a culture of open communication and regulatory compliance.
