Lead the daily operations of the outpatient surgery unit by scheduling staff, conducting physician rounds, and coordinating patient care activities to ensure efficient throughput and safe discharge. Build a high-performing clinical team by recruiting, coaching, and evaluating personnel while establishing standards of care and resolving operational issues. Monitor critical processes through data audits and incident reports to drive quality improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
