Manager, RN - Full Time - Day Shift - Outpatient Surgery

Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care, while supervising nursing personnel and managing unit staffing through scheduling and overtime authorization. Direct patient care activities to ensure safety and quality, resolve operational issues, and lead team conferences to revise care plans. Build a high-performing clinical team by recruiting staff, coaching personnel, and completing periodic evaluations. Establish standards of care, monitor critical processes through data audits, and facilitate early discharge and bed turnover to improve throughput. Maintain a highly visible presence on the 151-bed unit in Napa Valley, collaborating with physicians and department leaders to achieve organizational goals.
