Manager RN Clinic

Manage and evaluate daily clinic operations, including patient accounts, staffing, supplies, and equipment, to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective care in accordance with budget and regulations. Coordinate nursing and office operations to maintain quality patient care, resolve patient concerns, and oversee proactive service recovery. Identify and guide the resolution of operational and clinical issues, monitor documentation, and report on productivity and program updates. Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and development, while ensuring compliance with all internal and external legal and regulatory standards. Monitor adherence to environment of care standards, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure clinic disaster readiness and physical security. Participate in developing new policies, standards, and workflows, and maintain effective relationships with regional management and the Medical Director.
