Job Summary
Design and implement data reporting frameworks to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant risk management across the enterprise. Define and execute data-driven payments governance strategies by collaborating with analytics teams to identify key data points and structure risk narratives. Lead the strategic deployment of Generative AI and automated analytics to eliminate manual execution and elevate technical capabilities. Deliver dynamic dashboards for real-time intelligence and proactive trend analysis, connecting insights across complex payment rails to maintain ecosystem compliance. Serve as a central bridge between high-level data strategy and defense teams, directing cross-functional reporting efforts to document potential risks before they occur.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management, audit, or governance
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting
- At least 2 years of project management or process management experience
- At least 4 years of experience in risk management, audit, or governance
- At least 2 years of experience with data management and reporting
- At least 6 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- At least 3 years of project management or process management experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in payments
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification
- At least half of your working time in office
- At least half of your working time working virtually
