Job Summary
Lead risk management initiatives across multiple lines of business; act as a trusted advisor to core business areas with proactive risk mitigation strategies; oversee audit readiness and remediation efforts to ensure regulatory and internal-audit alignment; manage and sustain executive relationships; own and optimize internal/external reporting, governance documents, and alignment with corporate risk frameworks; collaborate across Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, IT, Basel Program, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Relations to achieve unified risk objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance within the financial services industry
- At least 2 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
