Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework while driving risk appetite calibration and monitoring key risks. Provide oversight for operational loss reporting, risk registers, and governance structures, preparing dashboards and presentations for senior leadership. Facilitate independent challenge of remediation plans, collaborate on outsourcing governance and business continuity, and prepare materials for risk forums. Partner with compliance, audit, and regional teams to identify control gaps, share risk guidelines, and promote a strong second-line risk culture through training and communications. Contribute to ERM enhancement initiatives and lead risk management projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 or more years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Desired Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively use new technology and tools
- professional certifications (CRMP, FRM, CERA, CIA) preferred
